1.  Overview

The NJS-10 digital bonding strength tester is suitable for testing the bonding strength of exterior wall facing bricks, exterior wall insulation materials, mosaics, various boards, and paint materials. The standard block size is 95mm × 45mm and 40mm × There are two types of 40mm, and 40mm is generally selected for testing the bonding strength of external wall insulation × 40mm and 100mm × Two types of 100mm. The detector is designed with a maximum tensile force of 10.000kN to ensure the detection accuracy when detecting various adhesive forces, due to the low bonding strength and small bonding force of facing bricks during development. The manual oil pump is connected to a through center jack as a whole, with a compact structure and durability. It can be manually and continuously loaded evenly. A digital pressure gauge is used to display the bonding force value (Kn) or bonding strength (MPa). The instrument can automatically and accurately record the peak bonding force and maintain it. The total weight of the machine is about 2 kilograms. Each instrument is tested and qualified by a pressure load sensor before leaving the factory. The instrument has a free warranty of three years.
