Product Introduction

1. Purpose and Characteristics

The NJS-400  In situ flat jack compression test instrument is a specialized instrument developed and produced by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the standard GB/T 50315-2011. It is suitable for estimating the compressive elastic modulus, compressive strength, or compressive working stress of ordinary or porous brick masonry. The instrument is composed of two flat hydraulic jacks, a manual oil pump, a digital pressure gauge, a reaction frame, and a handheld strain gauge. The compressive strength of the masonry is tested by pushing the pressure plate up through the piston to generate a force on the block. The test results are intuitive.

1. Using a manual pump to load the oil cylinder, the operation is simple and convenient.

2. The digital display pressure gauge can directly read the force value.
