Product Introduction

1. Purpose

The NJ-DH mortar point load tester is developed and produced in accordance with GB/T50315-2011. It is a conventional instrument for testing the strength of masonry mortar. Its characteristic is that it can be directly tested on site or in a laboratory, without affecting the stress performance. It has the characteristics of easy detection, convenient operation, and high testing accuracy, and can meet the objective needs of on-site quality control of masonry engineering and quality identification and evaluation of old and  houses.

3. Structure and characteristics

The NJ-DH mortar point load instrument consists of a worm gear and worm mechanical loading system, a pressure sensor, and an intelligent digital pressure display. The sensor is installed on the base of the loading system, and the peak display is connected to the loading system with wires.

During work, place the pre taken mortar sample on the pressure head, and slowly rotate the handle of the point load gauge clockwise by hand to move the lifting screw downwards. When the loading head holds the mortar sample, a pressure load is generated. Then, slowly and evenly apply the load until the sample is damaged. At this time, the intelligent digital pressure display will maintain the maximum load.
