Product Introduction

1 Overview

The non-destructive (including local damage) testing of concrete compressive strength in China has been in progress since the late 1950s. The mature methods to date include rebound method, core drilling method, pull-out method, and ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. The shear-pressure method is a concrete strength testing method developed by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd with many years of research. The shear compression method is a method for detecting micro damage at the corners of components, with high detection accuracy, mild damage, simple operation, and broad application market prospects.

In order to promote the application of shear-pressure method in engineering construction quality inspection, China's construction industry has formulated the "Technical Specification for Testing Concrete Compressive Strength by Shear-pressure Method" CECS278:2010, which is recommended for use by engineering construction, design, construction and other units and engineering technicians. The calculation and estimation methods for measuring concrete strength using a shear pressure gauge should be carried out in accordance with this regulation.

The NJY-70 concrete shear compressive strength tester is a testing instrument developed by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. based on CECS278:2010 . It is suitable for testing the compressive strength of structural concrete with right angle edges that can apply shear pressure.

The shear pressure gauge is composed of a base frame, slide block, oil cylinder, manual pump, digital pressure gauge, rubber hose, and other parts. The shear pressure gauge has the characteristics of novel structure, stable operation, light weight, simple and fast operation, and high accuracy.
