1. Performance characteristics

The NJTT-930M  Raised Pavement Markers Wear Resistance Tester is designed and produced by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. specifically for production, quality supervision, engineering construction, and supervision units to measure the impact resistance of raised road markers. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, simple operation, wide applicability, safe measurement, and good reliability.

3. Main technical parameters

1) Sand guide pipe: It can be composed of solid plastic pipes with a smooth inner wall and an inner diameter of no less than 150mm, with a length of 2850mm and a non verticality of no more than 0.2 °.

2) Calibration funnel: The upper opening size of the calibration funnel is 120mm × 40mm, height 100mm, with a slope angle of 45 ° on all sides. The four sides of the upper mouth should be straight and sharp, ensuring that the sand falling on the edge of the mouth does not change direction when it falls into the bucket. The function of this funnel is to ensure that the sand directly falling into the mouth does not deviate from the ground and impacts the protruding road signs as vertically as possible, while the sand falling outside the mouth is deviated from the bucket and cannot impact the protruding road signs. The calibration funnel should be able to move up and down, left and right, and back and forth, making it easy to adjust the amount and uniformity of sand passing through the funnel.

3) Filter screen: The filter screen is located at the upper part of the sand guide pipe, with a mesh size greater than 850 μ The standard network of m. 5) Collector: One 300mm*500mm enamel tray or other container can be used. Purpose: Collect sand outside the calibration funnel.


4. Structural composition

The testing device consists of a vertical sand guide tube, a calibration funnel, a filter screen, a sample holder, and a sand collector.
