1、 Instrument Usage

The NJTT-960D glass bead vibrating machine is used for measuring the particle size distribution of glass beads. The vibrating screen machine mainly consists of a base, a screening tool, and a transmission mechanism. The vibrating screen can be equipped with specialized fixtures for easy clamping Φ 200 test sieve, can also be installed Φ 75, Φ 100 sets of sieves, easy and flexible clamping, reliable clamping, and automatic shutdown. Standard test sieve: 1400 μm, 850 μm, 600 μm, 300 μm,  212 μm, 150 μm, 106 μm, 90 μm. (8 pieces) One set.

3.  Function and principle:

The NJTT-960D glass bead vibrating screen machine uses a vibration motor as the vibration source. The vibration of the vibration motor drives the base of the screen machine to vibrate, which is then transmitted to the standard test screen placed on the base through the base. The material particles which smaller than the mesh holes on the test screen surface are screened into the lower layer of the test screen, so that only the same particle size material is left in each layer of the test screen. Achieve separation of different particle sizes and determine the particle size composition of this material. The purpose of effectively screening, grading, and filtering the materials in the experimental sieve.
