I. Introduction to the Flexible Foam Vacuum Water Absorption Tester

This vacuum water absorption tester complies with the requirements of the GB/T 17794-2021 standard, “Flexible Foam Rubber and Plastic Insulation Products.” Designed and manufactured in-house to meet the vacuum requirements of the aforementioned standard, it features adjustable vacuum pressure and holding time, automatic timing, and automatic power-off. It offers flexible operation, low energy consumption, low noise, easy installation, simple operation, and high safety performance. Used in the field of building materials technology, it recycles air-free water to improve testing accuracy.

II. Technical Parameters of the Flexible Foam Vacuum Water Absorption Tester

1. The equipment consists of a vacuum pump, LCD controller, and other components.  

2. Vacuum level: ≥85 kPa, accuracy: ±1 kPa

3. Time required for the system to reach a vacuum level of 85 kPa: ≤2 minutes

4. Test chamber volume: Φ170 × 250 (effective volume)

5. Sample holder: Accommodates 3 square specimens (100 × 100 mm) or 2 circular specimens

6. Timing range: 9999 seconds, accuracy: 1 second
