I. Overview

GZQ-1 automatic pneumatic consolidation instrument is used to measure the compressive properties of soil under different loads and confinement conditions. The whole system consists of consolidation instrument, pneumatic controller, multi-channel communication converter, data acquisition system, Normal slow consolidation test and rapid consolidation test can be carried out to determine the pre-consolidation pressure and consolidation coefficient. The system has the characteristics of stable and reliable air pressure control, low noise, separate control of consolidation pressure, convenient software system installation, light weight, small footprint, and good software interface. In particular, the consolidation pressure can be set separately, which can greatly improve the flexibility of the instrument, shorten the test cycle, and have a high performance-price ratio. Meet SL 237-1999 "Geotechnical Test Regulations", JTG E40-2007 "Highway Geotechnical Test Regulations", TB10102-2010 "Geotechnical Test Regulations for Railway Engineering", GB/T50123-2019 "Geotechnical Test Method Standard".

2. Main use
