1. Characteristics of the instrument

1. The normal force is loaded by a rolling diaphragm cylinder, and the normal pressure is adjusted manually or automatically. The manual pressure adjustment is a CKD precision pressure regulating valve, and the pressure indicator is a CKD product. Increase or decrease the air pressure to realize loading and unloading. The method of automatically adjusting the normal pressure is the electric proportional valve control method, and the software can control the loading and unloading requirements of the normal pressure. The normal load reaches 4.8kN, and the control accuracy is ±1%.

2. The shear force adopts servo control mode, which can be used for strain control direct shear mode (rate range 0.002-2.4mm/min) and constant shear force control (rheological test). Shear force sensor measurement, measurement accuracy is ±1%. The drive motor can choose a stepper motor or a Mitsubishi servo motor, and the ball screw pushes.

3. The shear box is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the user.

4. The normal deformation, shear deformation and shear force are all measured by sensors, and the measurement accuracy is ±1%.

5. The data acquisition software has the functions of collecting test data according to shear deformation interval or time interval, sensor calibration function, real-time display of test data chart, motor speed control, etc. After the test, the test data can be output in Excel format.
