Overview
YJZ-1 organic matter concentration analyzer is composed of two parts: temperature control digestion device and automatic titration device. The temperature-controlled digestion and cooking device is heated by an oil bath, and the temperature is maintained at 170 ℃-180 ℃. The automatic titrator is controlled by a microcomputer and can automatically stir, titrate, and calculate and display the percentage of organic matter.
Determination principle
Using a quantitative potassium dichromate-sulfuric acid solution, the organic carbon in the sample is oxidized under the heating condition of a temperature-controlled oil bath, and the remaining potassium dichromate is titrated with a standard solution of ferrous sulfate, and silica is used as an additive. As a reagent blank calibration, according to the quality difference of the oxidant before and after oxidation, the automatic titration device automatically processes, calculates the amount of organic carbon, and then multiplies it by the coefficient 1.724, and finally obtains the organic matter content of the sample.

Use and performance
YJZ-1 organic matter digestion device is mainly used for high temperature digestion and digestion of the tested samples, and at the same time to meet the general heating needs of other samples in the laboratory. The heating furnace adopts electric heating plate, industrial paraffin (or glycerin), and then puts the test tube containing the sample into the paraffin for heating, which has the characteristics of precise temperature control, fast heating, and low power consumption.
