Summary

This instrument is designed and made as per T 0653 Emulsified Asphalt Particles Ionic Charge Test in Chinese industrial standard JTG E20-2011 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is used to determine the electric charge characteristics of different kinds of emulsified asphalt particles ionics.
