1. Purpose and characteristics

NJCQ mortar strength tester is a masonry mortar strength testing instrument developed and produced by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the standard GB/T 50315-2011. It is suitable for estimating the strength of masonry mortar in sintered ordinary bricks or sintered porous brick masonry. The strength tester consists of a base frame, upper blade, lower blade, steel bar, digital pressure gauge, and other parts. The strength measuring instrument has the characteristics of novel structure, stable operation, light weight, simple and fast operation, and stable accuracy.

2. Main functions:

Equipped with data storage and query functions;

Equipped with peak protection and real-time measurement conversion functions;

Has the function of resetting the current value;

Equipped with range setting and calibration functions;

The measurement accuracy is stable, and the instrument adopts a high anti-interference 16 bit A/D analog-to-digital conversion circuit;
