Product Introduction

1. Purpose and Characteristics

The NJCY-30 Masonry Mortar Ejector is developed and produced according to the standard GB/T 50315-2011. It is suitable for estimating the strength of masonry mortar in 240mm thick sintered ordinary bricks, sintered porous bricks, autoclaved lime sand bricks, or autoclaved fly ash brick walls. The strength of the measured mortar should be between 1MPa and 15MPa. During testing, the reaction rod of the pusher should be passed through the wall. This instrument is a small hydraulic device that uses a piston to lift and push the cover plate to generate a force on the masonry to test the strength of the masonry. The test results are highly intuitive, and local damage is detected in the detection area.
