1. Application

The NJTT-32 paint film cylinder bending tester is developed by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly suitable for measuring the flexibility of paint and varnish film, and is one of the main indicators to measure paint performance. It has certain reference value for the selection and application of paint varieties. The paint film cylindrical bending tester is a commonly used instrument for evaluating the resistance to cracking or peeling from metal plates when bent around the cylindrical axis under standard conditions for coatings of paints, varnishes, and related products.

3. Working principle and parameters

1. Working principle

Different bending radius also affect the ductility of the substrate. The flexibility of the coating film is determined based on the cracking or peeling at different bending radius.

2. Main parameters

The diameters of the axes of the anti-corrosion coating bending resistance test device are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, and 32mm, respectively.

The adjustment amount of the rotating handle should be greater than 17mm, and the allowable gap when it is tightly attached to the test bar is 0.05mm.

The lifting amount of the support plate component should be greater than 17mm, and the allowable gap when it is tightly attached to the test bar is 0.1mm.
