Product Introduction

1. Purpose

The NJ-QFD electric paint film adhesion tester is suitable for measuring the adhesion ability of various coatings on the surface of the coated object.

2. Structural Principles

This instrument is a desktop type and is divided into four parts.

1. The main drive part is composed of motor, gear belt, gear belt wheel, helical gear drive and drawing.The drawing head is composed of the head screw, the screw mother and the eccentric head.

2. The workbench part is composed of lead screws, half open nuts, and a test bench.

3. The base is composed of slide rails and electrical control. The electrical control includes a piercing display circuit and a control motor circuit.

4. The limit travel control device is composed of a stopper and a microswitch.

3. Specifications

1. Drawing diameter: 0-10.5mm.

2. Effective area of workbench: 50 * 100mm

3. There are four weighting blocks, one for 500g, two for 200g, and one for 100g.

4. The needle is made of steel and can be replaced after 5 uses.

5. The effective stroke of the workbench shall not be less than 80mm.
