1. Product Overview:

The NJ-770 coating thickness gauge is an economical and widely used thickness gauge in the domestic market. It can simultaneously measure non magnetic coatings (such as paint, ceramics, chromium, etc.) on magnetic substrate surfaces (such as steel, iron, etc.), as well as non conductive coatings (such as paint, etc.) on non magnetic metal substrate surfaces. This instrument is equipped with high-precision dual probes, utilizing electromagnetic induction and eddy current effects to automatically detect substrate properties, calculate coating thickness, and quickly display the results through a LCD. At the same time, measurement data can be grouped and saved, and statistical values can be displayed in real-time. Users can set upper and lower alarm values, zero calibration, and multi-point calibration for each group. The new multi-point calibration and zero calibration make it very convenient for you to calibrate at any time. Standardize the menu to ensure that you can easily use it.


2. Product features:

A. Large LCD screen, standardized menu operation;

B. Two measurement modes: Single and Continuous;

C. There are two group modes: direct group (DIR) and universal group (GEN), one direct group and four universal groups. After the direct group shutdown, all data is automatically cleared. The universal group data will be automatically saved and will not be lost when turned off. Each group can store 80 pieces of data;

D. Can perform zero calibration and multi-point calibration (up to four points). Each group has separate zero calibration and multi-point calibration, and there is no impact between groups;

E. Users can view the measured data of the current workgroup at any time and delete specified data or the entire set of data;

F. Real time display of current workgroup statistics: Mean, Min, Max, and Sdev;

G. Three probe modes: Auto, Magnetic, and Eddy Current;

H. High and low limit alarm values can be set separately for each group, and when the limit is exceeded, the screen will indicate an alarm;

I. Automatic shutdown function can be turned on or off

J. USB interface can transfer universal group data to the computer

Data storage and grouping: one direct group (data not saved) and four universal groups (data can be saved), each with separate statistics, alarm upper and lower limit settings, and calibration settings.

Statistical values: Supports mean, minimum, maximum, and standard deviation.
