Product Introduction

1. Purpose:

The NJ-BZT tire non-stick drying time tester is mainly used for measuring the drying time of non stick in standard GA/T298-2001 and JT/T 280-2004.

2. Basic parameters:

1. Tire size: Ø 241 ± 6mm

2. Instrument weight: 15.8 ± 0.2kg

3. Usage:

Apply the sample to the glass sheet (200mm * 150mm * 5mm) as an 80mm wide strip, parallel to the short edge of the glass sheet at the center of the long edge. The thickness of the wet paint film is 200um ± 20um. After application, immediately press the stop watch. After 10 minutes, hold the handle of the measuring instrument in both hands and roll the measuring instrument from the center of the short edge of the test board to the other end at a constant speed for 1second. Immediately observe whether the tire with any sticking paint. If there is any sticking paint, immediately wipe the tire with a cotton cloth moistened with acetone or methyl ethyl ketone. Repeat the test every 30 seconds until the tire is not sticking paint, and stop the stop watch to record the time, This time is the 'non sticking time' of the sample
